What is SHIFT?

SHIFT is a realtime feedback input system that allows you as the requestor to select respondents to confidentially and anonymously provide input to you for your continual growth and improved organizational results. This is similar to a 360 degree feedback survey, but all of the input is automatically accumulated and can be instantly viewed by you without having to do any manual data gathering or manual analysis.

A few facts that you should know before you begin the SHIFT survey.

Confidentiality:

1. There are no names attached to any of the survey inputs, so feedback is ensured to remain completely anonymous.

2. Each questions is scored on a scale from 1 to 5, there are no sections for question comments. This eliminates any chance that an individual respondent's responses could be identified.

3. The collective scores of your respondent's responses will be able to be instantly reviewed by you and will be displayed over time to show the performance trending and change.

4. You will have the ability to see the distribution of the scores (# of each numeric ratings and # of respondents for each of the individual questions), but you will not be able to see who the respondents are.

5. The database collecting this information is owned and operated independently from your company. No individual data, will be available to anyone inside or outside of your company.
